Spring Fever

Oy, Do I have Spring Fever! It's May here in Atlanta and it's beautiful outside. I love seeing everyone eating on the patio.
I am so Happy because nothing has broken in the kitchen in the past three weeks. What more can a girl ask for?

I am working on so many ideas that my mind can't keep them all straight. The cook book is coming along. I am anxious to start Atlanta's first underground supper club. I want to buy a mobile catering truck and start a gourmet mobile dessert business. I want to produce my own series on Balance. I want to Take Jonah to Africa. I'll stop there!

I have been travelling as much as possible since I will be doing a Play in August when we are closed. Next week I am going to a 3 day Yoga and Hiking retreat in Idylwild California and then I hope to take Jonah to the beach somewhere for a few days.

I'm exausted just thinking about all the possibilities!
